To prep myself for the Vertical Marathon, I’ve drawn up a plan to exercise at least 3 times a week starting from next week. This will consist of two sessions of cardio and one session of strength training.
According to some friends who have completed a vertical marathon, the challenge in this race is to keep going because by the time you hit 30 or 40 storeys, your legs will feel like jelly and your body will be screaming at you to give up. So besides determination to overcome this mental barrier, you’ll also need lots of stamina to push through.
With all these training in our hot and humid weather, it’s inevitable that I’ll break into a sweat and run the risk of getting body odor. For any lady, that can be put you in an embarrassing and unpleasant situation.
So to keep fresh, I’ll hit the showers immediately after exercising and pay careful attention to areas that can get tends to sweat more, such as under the arms, feet, scalp and neither areas that see no sunlight.
Another way to eliminate bacteria and unpleasant body odor is to use an anti-bacterial bodywash like the Lifebuoy LemonFresh Bodywash. The antibacterial properties of lemon help to eliminate bacteria on the surface of the skin and leaves a long-lasting fresh lemon fragrance.
Now that’ what the scent of a confident lady smells like 🙂
