    Hi,

Check with you how you travel around in Jeju? If you go by free & easy, do you take bus, taxi or self drive in jeju?

    Many thanks.

I self drove around Jeju. They will have a GPS system in the car, so it’s very easy to get around.

Hello! I am currently planning a trip to korea and I would really like to have internet access for that week or so! I am currently using an iphone and may I ask if its possible to purchase a data plan/card so that I am able to use my 3G there on my phone without switching my autoroam on (and risk VERY hefty charges to my bill later :s). Thanks!

Hi Susan, I enjoyed reading your blogs. I live in Hong Kong & i plan to visit singapore later this month with my family of 2 young kids (7 & 5 yrs old) & was searching for water parks in singapore. I am disappointed about the temporary closure of Wild Wild Wet. Then i found out there is quite a few of public water parks in SG! I can’t decide which one to go: Sengkang, Jurong East or West, Pasir ris & even port of wonder in sentosa. my elder one definitely likes water slides (big one especially) and i like lazy river too. Which one do you recommend to go for a day? thanks!
    Cheers,
    Peggy7

      Hi Anne,
Our driver from Flying Cow range to Cing Jing was okay. We took turns to nap on the way there and it was a smooth journey. If you’re keen, I can send you my itinerary with the driver’s contact. Would you be keen?

    Hi Susan,

I’ll be traveling to Taiwan with my hubby and 2 kids (aged 3 & 5). We roughly planned Flying cow ranch and Taipei city. Would you have some recommendations for places around Taipei for kids? If you have itinerary, would you mind sharing with me? =)

    • Susan May 21, 2015 at 8:51 pm Reply

      Hi Tricia,

In Taipei, we went to Baby Boss a must if you have kids. We also went to the night markets like Rouhe and Shilin and do look out for the game stalls where the kids can win almost instant prizes. Don;’t forget Pinxi where you get to light the lanterns and send your wishes to the sky. Kids may also like the Taipei zoo and take the Maokong Gondola. Hope my itinerary gives you some idea on where you can go with your family 🙂

Hi Susan, since your daughter was 3 year +, did you book the accommodation at the Flying Cow Ranch for 2 person only in a room or for 3 person, as meals are only provided for 2 if accommodation is book for 2 only. Thanks for your help.

    • Susan July 9, 2015 at 9:54 am Reply

      Hi Wendy,
I booked it for 3 pax so that it will include her breakfast. Only breakfast is included.

Hi Susan, we are planning a family trip to Japan with a 4yo and a 6yo. Our itinerary covers Osaka(2 days)-Kyoto(1D)-Tokyo(2D). Would it make sense to fly direct from SIN to Osaka, JR Osaka to Tokyo, fly back Tokyo to SIN? Thanks much

    • Susan September 5, 2019 at 1:17 am Reply

Hey Frances, that sounds like a perfect plan to cover Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo! I regret not planning our flights like you did.
