SingTel’s Home without Walls Scrapbook contest

For most first-time parents, we turn into mamarazzi and paparazzi after our kids arrive. Every single moment is captured from their first cry, to first bath, to first step which will go a long in creating a memory bank of the beautiful memories of our children growing years. Every now and then, I would look back at Sophie’s baby photographs and reminisce the days when she was just a babe and be amazed at how far we have all come in the past 3 years.

I’m glad to have captured some of our most precious memories as a family as they form the tapestry of our family’s story. From the birth of Sophie, the significant milestones like birthday celebrations or family gathering, to holidays or even simply our-day-to-day activities where we spend time bonding as a family are all captured behind the lenses. And I know that in years to come, these would be stories that Sophie will  love to hear when she’s older.

To encourage more Singaporeans to connect and bond with their families and loved ones, SingTel has launched a Scrapbook App as part of its “Home Without Walls” initiative. And from now till 23 October 2012, SingTel is running a “Home Without Walls” Scrapbook Contest where you can create a digital photo album to hold the special memories of your family and stand a chance to have your scrapbook printed for free.

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Log into SingTel’s Family Scrapbook at www.homewithoutwalls.com/scrapbook, “Like” the page then proceed to click on “Check it out now.”
  2. Select a theme for your album. There are four themes to choose from:
  • Mum’s the word
  • Father figure
  • Just kidding
  • Grand for a reason

  1. Next add a title and from there you can pretty much follow the step-by-step instructions and explore the various creative applications that you can use to create your family scrapbook.
  2. Should you wish to come back and complete or edit it another time, all you have to do is click on the “Save and Continue” option.
  3. And after you’ve completed, don’t forget to share your lovely creation with your family and friends to get them to vote for you. The top 10 scrapbooks, will have their scrapbooks printed. .

Here’s a preview of what we’ve put together so far.

Digital scrapbooking sure is a lot easier than physical ones. Let me know when yours is up, so that I can support with a vote  too 🙂

* A Juggling Mom received a printed scrapbook for this post. However I was not financially compensated and all opinions are 100% based on my own experience.
