Up on Daddy’s shoulders

Sophie has found a new spot that she’s staked her claim on…

Up on Daddy’s shoulders!

When Alexis picks up his little girl and lifts her on his shoulders,  Sophie is the happiest girl on the block.

This is their special daddy and daughter bonding time, where he not only lifts her sights but also her spirits. Sophie knows that when she’s up on Daddy’s shoulder, she can touch the sky and maybe even the stars and rainbow too.

I love to hear her break out in giggles and laughter when Daddy bounces her up and down as they take in the sights together, be it in the zoo, the mall or the park.

I’m glad to have captured this special bonding time they share.

How do your little girls bond with Daddy? And do you agree that they’ll always be Daddy’s little girl?

Have a great weekend ahead 🙂

How beautiful, especially the quote from Sophie! David (my hubs) does that with Dana too, in fact just last weekend at the mall…and she was beaming all the way 🙂 So did I…

It’s really such a lovely sight to see daddy bonding with their kids and more so their lite girls. I can tell that your hubby adores Dana too. Yeah to the modern daddies 🙂

Haha, love those pics. Vera and J love to stake their hideout up on daddy’s shoulders too! Especially when there are trees to touch! 😛
