A good’s night sleep is unmistakably the most important thing to get you up and running for the day. After all, we need one third of our day to recharge our bodies to be energised and refreshed. If we don’t get optimum rest, we often end up feeling listless and tired the next day. As I recuperated in the comfort of my home, I’m thankful that my sleep was extra restful all thanks to my new Sofzsleep Pillow.
