I’m starting on a new regular theme on my blog and I’m titling it Motivational Monday.
God knows we all need a dose of motivation especially for on first day of the week to exercise regularly, eat healthily, be more productive, be more patient with our kids and spouse and the list goes on.
Today I’m starting my Motivational Monday linky party with my choice of music when I work out. Running have never been my thing, until the start of this year when I decided that I should treat my body better by exercising regularly.
While some people like to take in their surrounding sounds and be in the moment, I prefer to get plugged in and listen to music when I run. I usually listen to Class 95 where the music is not bad in the morning especially with the morning talk show with my favorite Class 95 DJs. But it’s a different story when it comes to the late night music as they tend to be slow sentimental songs which can be a yawn and does nothing to keep me awake or even pumped.
So I’ve put together a list that is going on my playlist.

- Moves like Jagger: Maroon 5 (My latest “It” song)

- S & M: Rihanna
- What doesn’t kill you: Kelly Clarkson

- Papi: Jennifer Lopez

- All the right moves: One republic
- Only Girl (In The World): Rihanna
- Run the World : Beyonce
- Love on top: Beyonce
