Kidswift-Educational DVD rental service

It’s the September school holidays next week. If you’re looking for ideas to keep your restless little children busy, then you wouldn’t want to miss this great find I discovered.

Kidswift invited me to try their latest DVD rental service that is targeted at little ones between 3 months to 8 years. If you’re like me, you would definitely remember growing up watching Sesame Street and learning your 123s with the Count and ABCs with Big Bird and Ernie. Learning was so more fun and that’s what Kidswift aims to promote as well, learning the fun way.

Kidswift offers a variety of educational titles suitable for little tots from as young as 3 months to your school going budding learners. Kids who adore Barney, Dora, Hi-5 and the Sesame Street characters (am I’m only naming a few characters) would be spoilt for choice. There’s no worries that your child will outgrow these titles or get bored of them as you can exchange for other titles once your kid is done with those on hand.

Here’a a 3 step process of how it works.

My choice of title for Sophie is no surprise

Go to Kidswift and pick out titles from your child’s favorite series. Or you can make your selection by age group or genre. These titles will go into your queue which you can prioritize the order in which you want to receive them. This queue system allows you to add, delete or change the order of titles in your queue at any time.

After you have done your selection, Kidswift will mail the DVDs from your queue via SingPost direct to your doorstep at no added shipping fee. We got ours the next following day after we placed our selection. Talk about prompt service.

You get to watch the DVD for as long as you want until your child is ready to exchange for new titles.

Kidswift understands how busy we moms can get, so they have thoughtfully provided a pre-paid return envelopes on all DVD rentals. After your child has finished the DVD, all you have to do is pop it in the Business Reply Envelope and mail it back to them. Easy peasy lemony squeezy!

Once Kidswift receives your return, the next available title in your queue will be mailed to you in no time. There are no restrictions on exchanges and you can do it as often as you want.

Try it yourself !

Sound great? I’m making it better because as readers of A Juggling Mom, you’ll get to enjoy an exclusive extended free trial of this service, that’s a month worth of free DVD rental!

All you got to do is

  • like my new fanpage at “A Juggling Mom” and Kidswift on Facebook and
  • leave me a comment on the title(s) that you’ll like to rent
  • do remember to leave me your email
Kidswift will then send you an email of your gift certificate to get started on the extended trial.
Head to Kidswift and check out their titles today.

From one mom to another, do remember that the TV should not be used as your baby sitter. Limit  TV time and remind tour child to take a break after 30 minutes by looking at something far or go outdoors.

Hey Susan, I actually signed up for the 14 day trial a few days ago but did not manage to key in payment details. Not sure if the account is valid.

Can I do the trial through you instead? I would like the WordWorld series. Thanks!
