Motivational Mondays – Don’t Give Up

Don't Give Up

I’m fast approaching my 100th Motivational Mondays post and hope you’ve been encouraged by some of my posts as well as those shared with this linky party. I thought that for a change, I’ll switch things up and go for Motivational Mondays poster quotes. After all, don’t we all need a healthy dose of motivation when it comes to a new week to take charge and make it work.

For me, the weekend was rough and I have to remind myself that just because I’ve messed up doesn’t mean I have to throw in the towel… Sure, I’m not perfect as a mum, a wife and in many ways, I’m still trying my best to be a better person each day. And there are so many times when I mess it up with my lousy attitude, my actions or rather reactions that send a wrong signal before I can fully process what happened and it ends up being interpreted the wrong way…

Like when I snap at my hubby when I’m in a bad mood and then do the same with my daughter. Or when I allow other’s expectations of me to make me believe who I ought to be, when I should just be the best version of me.

But everyday is a new opportunity for us to undo the wrong, the mistakes and start over. So don’t beat yourself over what you should have done and look for ways to be a better you.
